For the purposes of this site a 'Scientist' and an 'Engineer' are considered to have the same basis for their work.
Both have the passion to discover and work with laws of nature that cannot be changed by human beings.
Both enjoy the challenge in presenting of discoveries and the reward of fulfillment as result of that accomplishment independent of others' acknowledgments.
How this Service Originated
Jacob Dingilian, Ph.D. is a Chemical Engineer and enjoys a career in the field of Polymers that is spanning over four decades.
Dr. Dingilian also has a Ph.D. in the Psychology of Personality Development and along with M.A. in Counseling, and is also a clinically trained Counselor.
In combining his Engineering career with knowledge and experience as a Psychologist and Counselor, he has been able to mentor and train numerous engineers and scientists to better understand their technical challenges as well as corporate roles to more effectively with peers, members of other disciplines within their organization, and those outside such as suppliers and customers.
The key factor in effective Mentoring by Dr. Dingilian is his ability to combine both the technical expertise with the insights on how to effectively teach, train, build teams, and encourage engineers and scientists to excel in their career positions in technical and capacities as corporate team members.

FORM OF SERVICES
The Technical Mentoring Service is presented in a number of formats that include:
1. An initial thirty minute discussion to understand needs and agree on an approach.
2. One time two-hour mentoring consultation based upon the initial agreement at $125.00/hour.
3. Subsequently, a minimum of four-hour mentoring consultation at each discussion at $125/hour.
